After 6 months of “lagering,” (a special fermentation process used in brewing traditional German style bock beer), our H. Clausen & Son Bock is here! The launch party at the Red Shed Brewery taproom in Cooperstown, NY, was a tremendous success. Served in imported glass steins, its rich caramel amber color on full display, the beer is wonderfully smooth and malty yet crisp and refreshing. We are so proud of our second collaboration with the Red Shed team. What a splendid follow-up to last season’s successful H. Clausen & Son Hefeweizen!
