At Clausen Farm, we believe planning a gathering should feel easy and reassuring. Our “Relaxed by Design” policy is crafted to offer flexibility while allowing us to thoughtfully prepare the space for each group.
This policy applies to direct bookings made through Clausen Farm. Reservations made through third-party platforms (such as Airbnb or VRBO) are subject to the cancellation policies and terms of those respective platforms.
Free Cancellation
Cancel 30 days or more before check-in for a full refund.
Partial Refund
Cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in and receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Booking Grace Period
Plans change. Reservations may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided your check-in date is at least 7 days away.
We understand that group travel can be complex. If something unexpected comes up, feel free to reach out. When possible, we’re happy to work with you on rescheduling your stay.
For added peace of mind, we recommend travel insurance, especially for larger gatherings.
